Mystery solved! Elizabeth Hurley's car found covered in parking tickets after reports it was stolen during shopping trip
Elizabeth Hurley's car has been found, covered in tickets, following reports it was stolen.
It was reported over the weekend that the 47-year-old star had reported the theft of the car to police when it was 'snatched' during a shopping trip in Mayfair last Thursday, according to The Sun.
But on Sunday, photographs emerged of the black Audi parked up in the streets of the exclusive London district, with three parking tickets seen on the windscreen.

Shouldn't be parked here! The car had three parking tickets clearly visible on the windscreen
Clearly marked: The parking warnings were clear to see on the sign next to where the car was left
The sign also makes it clear that the vehicle should be left for no longer than four hours, with no return in an hour.
According to reports, Hurley had reported the theft to police when the car went missing as she left it parked up while shopping in Mayfair.
Police are quoted as telling The Sun: 'There have been no arrests and our enquiries continue.'
Hurley, who looked smart in a pair of black trousers and a white padded jacket with a furry hood, was pictured parking the vehicle at lunchtime on Thursday before it later went missing.
The actress has recently returned from a trip to Australia to spend time with her fiancé Shane Warne and has had a spot of bad luck since arriving home.
She revealed on Twitter earlier this month that her Labrador dogs, Lucy and Raj, had fallen ill with suspected food poisoning and she was very worried about them.
Did you forget where it was parked? It's unclear
exactly what happened, but seems as though Elizabeth may have just
forgotten where she parked the Audi

'Lucy, the chocolate lab, was hit the worst. She still has bandaged legs where the drip went in. Lots of cuddles...'
The actress also has another puppy called Mia and last week she was seen taking the pet pooch for a stroll in Hyde Park.
MailOnline has contacted a spokesperson for Elizabeth for comment.
